DESCRIPTION:Attention Bucks County animal advocates! \nThe Bucks County Bar Association is hosting a FREE workshop entitled “Practical Approaches to Managing Free-Roaming Cat Overpopulation for Safe and Humane Communities” on December 7 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm in Doylestown\, PA. \nSpeaker Hetti Brown\, Executive Director of the Delaware Division of Public Health/Office of Animal Welfare\, will examine Delaware State’s approach to creating and implementing a statewide trap-neuter-release (TNR) program.
