The Bucks County SPCA’s behavior helpline is designed to help people who are struggling with their pet’s behavior. This free consultation service is open to all Bucks County residents and applies to dogs, cats, and small animals.

When you reach out for help, you will get solid professional guidance from BCSPCA’s director of animal behavior, Eleasha Gall, CPDT-KA. Eleasha has more than 25 years of experience in pet behavior counseling and training. You will receive a reply within 48 hours for emails or up to 72 hours by phone.

Eleasha has a wealth of experience and creative solutions to draw upon. She loves giving people the right tools to work with their pets and get the most joy from their companionship. When you contact the helpline, please provide: your name, phone number, what kind of animal you are calling about, and a brief description of the problem behavior.

Providing behavior assistance is an important part of our work to help pets stay in their home. By helping people have enriching relationships with their four-legged family members, we can avoid having pets surrendered because of problem behaviors.
Spread the word! If you or someone you know in Bucks County needs a little help with a challenging pet, let them know the SPCA is ready to lend a paw.
