In some cases, sharing an owner’s phone number with a finder can make the logistics of returning a lost pet easier. However, this is not mandatory. BCSPCA will assist with reuniting lost pets and their owners no matter what answer is given.

If yes and known, fill in microchip number
Animal’s coat
Unique markings/color, scars, missing limbs, medical concerns, etc.
